Broadlands will have 3,800 homes when completed about 2010. As of February 1, 2000 925 families live in the Broadlands community and the estimated population is 3,087. Broadlands contains 1502 total acres, with Stream Valley Park North comprising about 62 of those acres. Broadlands is located at Exit 5 of the Dulles Greenway and lies along both sides of Waxpool Rd, east of Ashburn Rd and west of Belmont Ridge Rd.
